In these returns Terms and Conditions "we" and "us" mean Orangepop (www.orangepop.com.au), and "you" means the customer.
Before returning any goods please contact us via our in store email function and wait for further details. Then we will then advise you on what to do next. Please do not send any goods without a returns authorisation voucher. This will show the return shipping address as well as other relevant details. It is at orangepop.com.au sole discretion regarding the selection of postal service method/means used if or when a parcel re-send is demended to be required (that is we will select the appropriate postal method is if any item/s needs to be re-sent to the client). This may happen if an incorrect item is sent or other relivant cases - we will advise when discussing with your case.
Change of Mind Returns
We generally do not accept change of mind returns. However if you change your mind for any reason before we ship the item please contact us with your concerns. If you receive an item and have changed your mind please also contact us. We are here to help.
Items that we do not accept returns on
We do not accept returns on cosmetics, underwear, earrings, used electrical items (unless the item is faulty). We cannot and will not resell used makeup items for health and safety reasons.
Please note that we cannot accept returned items that we reasonably believe have been used.
Faulty Items Returns
If an item is deemed faulty or wrongly described then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time.
Time frame for returning an item
You have 21 days from the date of sale to lodge a return with proof of purchase.
For returns we require
- A returns authorisation voucher.
- Your full name and address.
- Original receipt and proof of purchase.
- A valid email address.
- A valid tracking number and proof of postage receipt.
- We may require photos of the fault or damage to fast track and verify the returns process.
The item/s to be returned undamaged in the same packaging that it was originally sent.
When Orangepop receives the returned item/s
Once we have received the items via the postal service, we will assess the fault and provide you with the appropriate remedy. Please note the items must be returned in the original sale condition and packaging that they were sent. We may refuse/modify a remedy if the returned item/s are lost during transit, damaged, or not returned in original condition that they were sent in.
We strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service with tracking (one that requires a signature upon receipt).
Payment of return shipping costs, other associated costs
For goods that are to be returned to Orangepop, you must pay postage shipping costs I.e. you bear all costs, such as shipping and insurance, related to the return of the product to us. There is a 10% restocking fee for some returned items (except for wrong item deliveries), we will notify you if this fee will be applicable to your order once we recieve the returned items. If the incorrect item was sent to you - we will work with you to see how you wish to proceed.
Where to send returns item/s
We are an e-business and do not have a physical storefront meaning returns must be sent using the postal system. We do not accept, drop-off’s. A return shipping address will be provided with a returns authorisation voucher that will contain the return address details. If items are returned without a returns authorisation voucher you will pay the shipping costs to get the item back to you.
Refund method of payment if it is approved
If the refund is accepted by us, your refund will be processed in the same way that you paid for your purchase. For instance, if you paid by PayPal, the same PayPal account will be refunded. If both parties choose to, you can be store credited by us giving you a unique code, which allows you to use your refund to in-store to purchase other items. If you choose store credit you have one month from the date the refund is given to use it.
You may also have other rights under a manufacturer's warranty. If you wish to make a claim under a manufacturer's warranty you should contact the manufacturer directly. Any rights under a manufacturer's warranty are in addition to your statutory rights, consumer guarantees and other rights outlined in this policy.
Nothing in this policy should be interpreted as affecting any statutory rights regarding refunds and returns (for example, faulty or damaged products). All other terms and conditions above will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
This returns policy is subject to change from time to time without notice. Each order or transaction will be governed by the terms and conditions in force upon the date of that transaction.
