Shipping and postage policy
In these shipping and postage Terms and Conditions "we" and "us" mean Orangepop (www.orangepop.com.au) and "you" means the customer.
We can ship to almost any address in the world. For some countries there are restrictions on certain types of products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.
We ship two ways, domestically (inside Australia) and internationally (outside Australia).
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates will vary and appear on the shipping quotes page. If this function is not working please contact us for a manual shipping quote.
We ship items only during business days. This means Monday to Friday. We cannot ship items on public holidays.
Please allow a handling period of three business days to process and prepare your order prior to posting your item. If we require longer we will try to let you know via email communication.
If you need your item UREGENTLY, we recommend that 1) You select and pay for EXPRESS postage and 2) you contact us letting us know that you need this item to be processed quickly with your order number (we will not know otherwise and may fall into the 3 business day handling period). This will help to ensure that your item is processed in a timely manner.
Please note; if you order and pay for an item that is out of stock, your order will be refunded ASAP.
Please double check and make sure the shipping information and address for your parcel to be sent to is correct, deliverable, and complete. Even if the order qualifies for free shipping, the customer will be responsible and charged for any additional shipping fee for the following: Incorrect inaccurate shipping addresses, undeliverable addresses, unsuccessful delivery attempts, shipments bounce backs and re-shipments.
In the event we ship the incorrect item(s) to you; we will be responsible for the additional incurred shipping charges for the item to be returned to Orangepop. We will choose the preferred method of shipment for return of the item(s).
Upon return of the incorrect item(s) we will promptly re-dispatch the correct item(s) to the same postal address as per original order. We will choose the preferred method of shipment for re-dispatched orders.
Domestic Shipping - Australian orders

Domestic shipping costs
That depends on the size and weight of the total order.
This will be calculated for you on checkout. We do add a small handling fee to cover costs with packing your order and dispatching it but we do keep it as low as possible. This is to cover costs of tape, paper, petrol, materials to protect your order our time to pack, email you etc.
All our parcels are sent with Australia Post. Regular Post can in some cases take up to 15 working days to get to you, so we strongly recommend choosing Express Post if you’d like your goodies sooner (plus this option also includes tracking, hooray!) or selecting postal service with tracking.
Shipping options for shipping the item/s domestically
Shipping options will be displayed for you at checkout and you can also see an estimate of postal costs as you add items to the order. It is usually best to have the parcel delivered to an address where someone will be to available to receive it. A business address could be used if you won’t be at home when it will be delivered. But, if you are having your parcel sent to work, remember to include your company’s name (and the department or level where you work). You don't want someone else's mitts all over your goodies now do you? ;)
Postal services which require signature on delivery or instructions to "Do not safe drop" will require you to collect your parcel from your local postal office. This is to help ensure that parcel arrives to its intended recipient
Free Postage offers
Please look out regularly our latest shipping offers in store. Some of our offers include FREE* regular postage to Australian postal addresses if you spend a certain amount in store so it is worth checking an eye out for.
We reserve the right to select which postage method is used when preparing an order that qualifies for Free* Shipping. Free* shipping means the shipping and postage cost for Orangepop to send the items to you is covered, this does not mean Free shipping on any returned items. Returned item shipping costs are borne by the customer.
(Sorry international buyers, we cannot cover the cost for overseas shipments for you yet, there is no Free Shipping for international buyers).
*we reserve the right to refuse, modify or remove free/bonus shipping offers/promotions at any time without notice or for any reason. If we choose not to ship to you will be notified via email communication and a full refund will be issued.

International shipping costs
International shipping costs are based on the weight of the items in your Shopping Cart.
You can check how much shipping will cost at any time - just add the products you want to purchase into your Shopping Cart, then enter the delivery destination into the Shipping Calculator in the Shopping Cart area.
The world is a big place and it is divided up into postal regions. Each region has a different shipping rate. For example shipping an item to Japan will cost less than shipping the same item to France.
Shipping options for shipping the item/s internationally
To help protect your shipment we prefer to ship via Standard OR Express international via the Australia Post system.

Customs Fees and charges.
Some countries such as the UK, the E.U., and Canada etc charge Customs fees or import duties on merchandise ordered from overseas. Please be aware that these charges are the customer's responsibility and are beyond our control.
We advise that you contact the relevant governmental body in your country (e.g. Customs & Excise) for information on what these charges might be. For example we cannot ship cosmetics to Italy and Germany.
By law, we have to declare the status of the item (i.e. "merchandise" or "gift") and the value of each parcel accurately. It is a criminal offence for us to make a false Customs declaration.
PLEASE do not ask us to mark your parcel as a gift or underestimate the value as we can't and won’t do it! In cases where insurance is purchased, we must declare the full retail amount in case something happens to your parcel along the way.
Cases where my country does not show any shipping options, why is this?
There are some regions in the world we won't ship to. We do this for a few reasons, mainly because of import restrictions e.g. Italy and Germany we cannot ship makeup/cosmetics to. If you wish for an item to be shipped to your region, and it is not showing up in the check out; contact us with the item/s you are interested in. We will get back to you with what shipping options are avaiable if we are able to ship to your region.
Order arrivals and estimated delivery times

Broken or damaged items
We pack your orders so that it arrives in most cases just as it left us. If there is are problems please contact us immediately, will try to respond as soon as possible. Please read our returns policy for further information on returning items.
