Applicable law and jurisdiction
Orangepop (www.orangepop.com.au) is created and controlled in Victoria, Australia. All purchases are subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, and where applicable the state of Victoria. By using this site you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and Australia and agree that any legal action will only be commenced in these forums.
Shipping
Orangepop will endeavour to ship to most worldwide locations at the buyer's expense but please note that there are some countries that will not allow us to send specific products (e.g. Customers in Germany and Italy, we cannot send makeup to you). Please read our shipping policy.
Customs Charges
Orangepop is not responsible for customs charges and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation or certain products. You remain responsible for all charges and fees incurred.
Capacity to contract
Orders can only be placed with Orangepop by persons with capacity to contract, who are over the age of either 18 or 21 as legislated in your state of residence.
Copyright
All content on this site, including text, icons, graphics, and other content are the property of Orangepop or its suppliers and are protected by Australian and International Copyright law. No part or portion of this site may be copied, sold or used in any manner for any commercial purpose without written consent.
Confirmation of order
All orders placed are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by Orangepop. If an order is not accepted a full refund will occur at the earliest possible convenience. Orangepop reserves the right to refuse an offer for any reason. There is a three hundred dollar limit on orders placed by any Orangepop customer within a month.
Payment
Orangepop is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the case of payment by e-cheque (PayPal) this would mean the clearing of funds represented by the e-cheque. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable Orangepop will cancel the transaction and affect a full refund. Please note that prices are listed and will be charged in AUD (Australian Dollars). When you use the different currencies; it is used for a guide only. You should be charged in AUD when you go through checkout in paypal when paying for a item/s purchased from orangepop.com.au, please refer to PayPal's website to see their current exchange rates prior to making a purchase as the exchange rate does alter and change. The final price will be governed by the PayPal exchange rate.
GST tax
All prices listed are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax applicable.
Reviews/Comments
Throughout the use of the site users may be invited to review certain products. If you do submit such reviews, you give Orangepop permission to use, reproduce, refuse, modify and publish them in a royalty-free, irrevocable manner. You also permit Orangepop to publish your first name and State or Town.
Such reviews posted, in no way represent the views or opinions of Orangepop or its owners, employees or others affiliated with our site, but are the sole product of its creator.
Purpose of goods
Upon purchase of goods, the buyer agrees to use the products only for their intended purpose. Any other use will cause the buyer to assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of their use. Conclusion of transaction
The agreement for sale is concluded only when goods are handled over to the designated carrier.
